I just finished physical therapy there after a few months. This place is awesome. My primary doctor was Dr. Kallie but pretty much everyone there was great to work with. Even though you're there doing difficult (and sometimes painful!) tasks the people there make the experience all around enjoyable. And they made my elbow and knee pain go away and helped me get back into running after 10 years. Seriously I can't say enough good things about this place. 11/10 would get injured again to go back

ProActive Physical Therapy Specialist’s-West Vancouver not only took strategic care in helping me heal my arm but they gave me specific assistance with healthy habits to utilize in my dance career. They gave me individual service and treated me like family. The results are the best part but if you want a family/friend atmosphere go see the ProActive family of caring front desk personnel and physical therapists who give their all to get you back to your best! Thanks everyone for all you did to get me back on the floor with a new strength and plenty of new tools to keep dancing with A proactive approach 🕺🏽💃🏽.

This place is fantastic! The entire staff are friendly and extremely professional. The facilities are great and they are able to accommodate multiple patients at one time. Each of the Physical Therapists are very knowledgeable and if you put in the work you will see recovery. If you have been struggling to recover from an injury and are ready to take that next step, set up an appointment here. You won't regret it!!

Was diagnosed was with two lower herniated discs back in the fall and was sent to Proactive Physical therapy. They have a very clean, professional, friendly workplace. Great staff great physical therapist who really know their stuff and have lots of experience and knowledge of the body and how to take care of it. I would not be the same person as I would if they didn’t keep me accountable for getting my at home exercises all the way I up until I was able to go back to work and back in the gym just in time for the summer. I would suggest anybody with any sort of physical pain or injury and need help I’d tell them go to Vancouver Proactive Physical Therapy.

I hadn't been able to use my stationery bike for months due to lower back pain. I saw Kevin Pust at Salmon Creek. In no time he had me back riding my bike with no back pain. I was very pleased with the environment and especially with the results. I would highly recommend Proactive Physical Therapy.

So glad I went here for my treatment! I chose them because they were open later than everywhere else I looked, and I was able to work my visits around my work schedule. Super friendly atmosphere - there's three private rooms if you want, otherwise everything is done in one room, so you get to interact with everyone. They have students help, so not all of your time is spent with a PT, but they're always around if you need them. I was also able to bring my kid to a few appointments and they were great with her.

I cannot recommend this team enough for any physical therapy you might need. I did something to my knee - reaching for earbuds - and I was not able to bend my knee at all. Not only did they help me recover, they supported me as I went to therapy so that me, with my broken body, could support the body of my 15 year old lab in the last months of his life. He made it to May 2020! And part of the reason he was able to last as long as he did is that this team helped me recover to support him. And they CARED that that was the reason that I needed to get better. The people that work here care, and they will care about you as a person, you and your recovery, and your future being healthy. I miss you all and think about you every day. Lucky is missed - but I am so thankful for the time we had together. And now there is Ruby - and look - I can sit on my knees!!

The ProActive Physical Therapy Specialists have helped me assess and understand my injuries. In 2021, I saw them for a few months for an ankle sprain. I've come back after a re-injury and continue to have a positive experience targeting the stabilizing muscles, receiving manual therapy, and talking to friendly people. The PTs have all been very attentive to me when I need it, prescribing the exercise, monitoring, and helping to adjust my form if necessary. In my experience, the assistants take over when I've progressed or when the PT knows I can handle the task on my own. If you finish your exercise, don't be afraid to inform the assistant or PT that you are ready for the next one. They're usually on it though. I'm fortunate to have them in my life.
